Matthew R. Mager

Matt is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Besen Retail, the retail leasing division of The Besen Group.  In addition to his role with Besen Retail, Mager serves as General Counsel to The Besen Group.

Prior to starting Besen Retail, Matt practiced as an attorney for more than 10 years, specializing in commercial leasing, labor relations and litigation.  Throughout his career, he has developed strong relationships in the retail industry on both a local and national level.

Matt graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in History, and holds a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University.
